What is Your Carbon Monoxide Level?

The DC Center Tobacco Working Groupwas at Be Bar on January 11th, 2009 to do Carbon Monoxide testing during The DC for Marriage Benefit that took place that night.

When you stop smoking, the level of carbon monoxide in your blood falls to almost normal levels within 12 hours and could be the same as a non-smoker's within a couple of days. When your blood carries more oxygen, you will have more energy, better circulation, and will be able to breathe easier.
